Charlotte will guide the group through a grounding, gentle but energising yoga flow, an opportunity to reconnect, to nature, to ground, to find or lay down new roots. Setting intentions for the spring season ahead - easing out of the cold winter months moving into Yang energy, manifesting ideas, plans, goals into the physical realm - a grounding, clarity finding, out of the mind back into the body class.
