Opening Ceremony Begin the day with a meaningful intention-setting session and a cacao ceremony, infused with a gentle pranayama practice to connect to the breath and centre yourself.
Hatha Yoga Class: A Journey Through the Enchanted Forest Experience a themed Hatha yoga class that will transport you through an enchanting forest, enhancing your practice with visualisations and mindful movements. This session will be followed by a relaxing sound bath, designed to harmonise your energy and bring about a state of tranquillity.
