Winter Solstice Celebration

We will begin our session by engaging in an intention setting practice to prepare ourselves for the upcoming season. This practice will help us focus our energy and set positive intentions for the days ahead.

Following the intention setting, we will transition into a guided meditation session designed to promote relaxation and inner peace. Through this meditation, we will cultivate a sense of calm and mindfulness.

Next, we will immerse ourselves in a soothing sound bath experience, where the gentle vibrations of sound will wash over us, promoting a sense of harmony and balance within.

During the session, we will also enjoy some cacao or tea together, creating a cozy and communal atmosphere for sharing and socialising. This will be a time to connect with one another and build a sense of community.
