About the event
Join Charlotte and Sammy for an evening of Summer celebrations on Southsea seafront. Take in the views whilst Charlotte guides you through a gentle Hatha yoga class. The group will then be treated to a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath by Sammy from Sounds of Sage. This event is open to all including beginners. We look forward to seeing you there!
